About Me

Unveiling the Journey.
... Cherishing moment with my lovely wife💕

I spent my childhood in the serene rural village of Kanuketigoda, Matara in Sri Lanka, surrounded by lush paddy fields and crystal-clear water streams. The ample space for exploration fueled my curiosity, and my love for reading led me to devour multiple books in a single day, often with hundreds of pages. This passion for learning translated into academic success, culminating in my achievement of passing the grade 5 scholarship exam and gaining admission to Royal College Colombo 7, renowned as the best boys' school in the country.

Being situated far from home, I became a hosteller at Royal College, an experience that presented a golden opportunity to shape my thoughts and ideas. The environment was conducive to intellectual growth, and I forged connections with like-minded friends who shared my inquisitive nature. This marked the beginning of my journey as a thinker. Unbeknownst to me at the time, my teenage years led me to unintentionally delve into philosophical thinking. The allure of the narratives within these ideas captivated me, even though I didn't initially recognize it as philosophy.

While at Royal College, I discovered a newfound passion for writing, particularly expressing myself through poems. My friends became avid supporters of my literary endeavors, creating a circle where these poetic expressions were appreciated. Although confined to this circle, it marked the beginning of my creative journey.

For my advanced level studies, I chose the physical science stream with aspirations of becoming a mathematician. However, the post-results reality led me to pivot towards engineering due to economic constraints. The pragmatic decision aimed at securing a stable job in Sri Lanka. Despite this shift, I secured admission to the prestigious University of Moratuwa, excelling in my mechanical engineering honors degree.

During my university years, the demands of coursework and professional growth took precedence, limiting my time for philosophical contemplation. My focus shifted towards building a career path, leading me to work as a mechanical design engineer for a design firm immediately after graduation. As of now, I have accumulated over 5 and a half years of experience in this role.

Amidst the impact of COVID-19, the shift to remote work coincided with economic challenges faced by Sri Lanka. Working from home provided an unexpected silver lining, granting me the time and solitude to rekindle my curiosity for philosophical thinking. This led to a resurgence in my writing, encompassing both poems and articles, which I shared on social media platforms. The positive reception from friends and university lecturers fueled my determination to continue this intellectual journey.

However, a realization dawned upon me as I engaged in discussions – many ideas and arguments mirrored those already explored by others, and much of the knowledge I shared lacked originality. Encouragement from some to publish research papers based on my original ideas prompted contemplation, yet inertia hindered progress. Struggling with bouts of laziness and the quest for genuine insights, my thinking expanded, albeit at the cost of sleep and peace of mind.

Driven by the need to validate my intellectual pursuits, I embarked on creating something truly original, culminating in the birth of the OOO Theory.

While acknowledging that the OOO theory may or may not align with objective reality, but it undeniably satisfies the voids of my curiosity. Motivated by this, I decided to publish it online through the creation of a dedicated website. Additionally, I established a blog featuring supportive articles for the theory alongside other diverse topics. This encapsulates the summarized evolution of my journey, from birth to the inception of this website.

If you find this narrative intriguing or identify any loopholes or deficiencies in my theory, kindly share your insights to aid in shaping my future thinking journey. Your feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
